Launch of the Apple iPhone 14: When, Where, and How to Watch It Live?

Apple will officially unveil the iPhone 14 on September 7 after months of rumors. Since 2016, Apple has not held the fall launch event this early.

Given the deluge of leaks that have already surfaced, it’s uncertain if Apple will have any surprises left to present at the event, but if you want to find out, we’ll show you a few ways to tune in when the event starts on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. PT/1:00 p.m. ET.

How can I view the iPhone 14 launch event?

The most straightforward way to watch live is via YouTube. For the duration of 2022, Apple will continue to webcast its events on YouTube as it has done for several years. The feed is already live; you can watch it below.

The Apple TV app and Apple’s website both offer live streaming. To follow along from your living room, simply turn on your Apple TV and go to the TV app. This might be more comfortable than slouching over a phone or working at a desk.

You can still watch Apple’s debut event if you don’t have an Apple TV on any smart TV or media player. If you don’t already have the YouTube app, all you have to do is download and set it up.

How long will the Apple Far Out event go on?

The duration of Apple’s iPhone launch events is usually between one and two hours. Apple finished in under 80 minutes the previous year. The feed lasted just an hour in 2020. However, Tim Cook and his colleagues were on stage for an hour and forty minutes in 2019 before the epidemic.

Make sure to block off at least two hours of your schedule on Wednesday if you want to watch the entire iPhone 14 announcement event live.

What will Apple announce during the event?

Rumors suggest that Apple will once more introduce four new iPhone models this fall.

The iPhone 14 mini won’t exist; rather, another 6.7-inch iPhone will supposedly take its place. The iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro, and iPhone 14 Pro Max will so likely make up the lineup.

The Plus and Pro Max will have 6.7-inch displays, compared to 6.1 inches for the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro. It is important to remember that Apple has not yet formally acknowledged these new names.

Of the three, it seems obvious that two will happen, but the “iPhone 14 Plus” might debut with a different name. According to certain rumors, Apple will call it the iPhone 14 Max.

According to reports, the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus (or 14 Max) would have the same A15 CPUs as the iPhone 13 in terms of specifications. The A16 processor, meanwhile, will only be available in the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max.

If rumors are to be believed, the Pro models will also be the only ones to have the new pill-shaped cutout in place of the notch.

At the presentation, Apple will probably also introduce the Series 8 of the Apple Watch. Although Apple may possibly introduce an Apple Watch “Pro” on Wednesday, the base model should resemble the Series 7.

A new design, high-end functionality, a bigger battery, and a bigger screen should all be included in the Pro model. Additionally, the initial cost could be as high as $900.
