The official date for the launch event has been revealed by Lenovo in an invitation photograph issued today. Video teaser from the company also confirmed that the Lenovo Legion Y90 smartphone and tablet will be unveiled at the same time.
Lenovo teased a new tiny tablet with a new image and a teaser video on Weibo (via GSMArena). A direct descendant of Lenovo’s Legion 2 Pro, the new Legion Y90 will include the same high-end specifications and features. Dual rear fans will help dissipate heat from the smartphone, which will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. An 18-gigabyte RAM and 512GB SSD storage capacity are rumored, and an external MicroSD card slot with a capacity of up to 2TB is claimed to be supported as well.
Lenovo Legion Y90 Release Date
A 6.92-inch AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 144Hz and a touch sampling rate of 720Hz has been rumored. According to speculations, the battery will be able to charge the phone in 36 minutes and allow 68W rapid wired charging, with a capacity of 5,600 mAh.
As for the smaller gaming tablet, we didn’t hear anything about it. An 8.8-inch screen, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a single rear-facing camera are all rumored to be included. Fast connected charging at 45W is planned, as is a 6,550 mAh battery.
