It’s great way for companies to bring faster charging speeds now that 120W fast charging has spread to more smartphones. For the first time in industry, Realme may soon release a smartphone that is capable of 150W fast charging. The specifics are as follows.
Realme to Soon Introduce 150W Fast Charging Tech
According to a Weibo post by Digital Chat Station, Realme will soon release a smartphone with 150W fast charging, that will use the 160W adapter by Oppo. Fast charging, on the other hand, is still a mystery.
At the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in 2022, Realme’s 150W fast charging technology could be unveiled. “Greater Than You See” was recently announced by the company and its invitation features what appears to be a 150W charging cable.
In addition, a phone with 80W fast charging, similar to the OnePlus 10 Pro, is expected to be released by Realme. However, information about these two smartphones is not yet available. In the near future, we expect to learn more about this.
There will be a 125W UltraDart fast charging technology from Realme as well as a new fast charging technology from Realme in 2020. Just three minutes later, this was said to have reached the 33% mark. We’re expecting a Realme phone with just this tech to launch, but we have no idea when that will be.
The Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge and Xiaomi 11T Pro, both of which support 120W fast charging, were just introduced in India by Xiaomi. A 135W fast charging solution will be available for the RedMagic 7 as well. Xiaomi has also developed a 200W charging technology, but it hasn’t been released for commercial use as of yet.
It’s still unclear whether or not Realme’s 150W fast charging technology will be able to reach a smartphone and function as a genuine alternative.
