Trailer for Senior Year
On April 11, 2022, Netflix published the trailer for the upcoming comedy-drama film Senior Year. The following is a link to the trailer:
The trailer plainly demonstrates that there will be numerous references from the previous 20 years that Rebel has overlooked. She’ll be taken aback when she learns about Madonna and Harry Potter, and will wonder if Lady Gaga is a Madonna clone. As seen in the trailer, Rebel faces numerous challenges during her final year.
When the cheerleader returns to high school, she will discover, owing to Gen-Z, that cellphones have vastly improved since her time, and that high school students were mistaken in pretending to be someone they are not only to become the popular kids of the school, as she did in hers.
The trailer appears to be both amusing and intriguing. Although the concept isn’t new, Wilson is known for her humorous performances, and we can expect her to deliver on this one as well.
Critics and audiences alike praised her work in Bridesmaids, Bachelorette, What to Expect When You’re Expecting, Pitch Perfect and its sequel, Isn’t It Romantic, A Few Best Men, and Jojo Rabbit, so we’re hoping for the best.
What Will the Focus of Senior Year Be?
A synopsis has been supplied by Netflix. “A cheerleader wakes up as a 37-year-old lady, determined to return to high school, reclaim her prestige, and claim the prom queen crown that escaped her after falling off a pyramid and into a 20-year coma.”
Conway had the perfect high school life. She was the cheerleader and had a “gorgeous guy,” according to her. Her sole ambition was to be crowned prom queen. It was all a dream to her. But, after sliding into a coma during her senior year due to a cheerleading accident, she wakes up as a 37-year-old lady. Conway now wants to reclaim her prom queen crown, but it won’t be as simple as she imagines.
