Anker is renowned for producing some of the best chargers available, and the firm has unveiled a new series that keeps charger sizes small while charging more devices at quicker rates and with greater efficiency. The GaNPrime television series is based on the brand-new GaN 3 charging technology.
With Anker’s latest high-end 747 Charger, for instance, you can charge three USB-C devices simultaneously with a higher chance that they will charge at their fastest rates.
The Anker 747 has a 150W charging capability and can simultaneously charge a phone at 25W, a tablet at 25W, and a laptop at 100W.
Anker’s earlier GaN chargers, which had a maximum of two USB-C ports, have been improved to charge three USB-C devices at once.
Because it generates less heat and enables smaller form factors, gallium nitride, also known as GaN, has gained popularity as a material for chargers.
More power and ports can be delivered thanks to the third generation of GaN. The GaNPrime chargers use an algorithm in conjunction with Anker’s PowerIQ 4.0 technology to intelligently optimize the charging power that various devices require.
For instance, it will prioritize delivering power to a laptop with a low battery while reducing the charging power for a fully charged phone.
The new chargers accept USB-A devices in addition to USB-C ones.
A power bank, charging station, and power strip is also included in the GaNPrime series; these items come in a range of models and capacities.
