The series’ protagonist is portrayed by Ryan Phillippe. USA Network commissioned the series in February 2016 after picking up the pilot in August 2015.
The news isn’t good, though. The show’s scheduled July 19, 2016, debut date was postponed to July 26, 2016, for a variety of reasons.
