Upon opening the tweet, it appears that the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus will only be available in a single configuration with 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage. From a business standpoint, it reduces the strain on Samsung’s resources, as new configurations and colours will require the company to devote more resources to its supply chain in order to create these units.
In light of the economic downturn and Samsung’s declining smartphone sales, it makes sense for the company to cut costs as much as possible without compromising the quality of the product.
