There are a lot of different instant messaging services out there, but WhatsApp stands out from the rest. There are always new features being added to WhatsApp. Some are meant to make the app work better, while others are meant to make it look better. WABetaInfo has now found a small but important change in the latest beta version of WhatsApp for Android.

As part of version 2.23.8.4, the feature is being rolled out through the Google Play Beta Program. It has a new navigation bar at the bottom, which is in line with how Google designs things. WABetaInfo’s screenshots show that the bottom bar has four options: Chats, Communities, Status, and Calls.

WABetaInfo says that the redesigned bottom bar also looks like the one on the iOS version of WhatsApp. This makes the experience the same for people who switch from Android to iOS and vice versa.

Whats App Is Finally Making an Android Version with A Bottom Menu Bar.

We don’t know when this new bottom navigation bar will be added to the stable version of the app, but we’ll keep an ear out for more news on this front.

There is no set date for when the bottom bar will be added to the stable version of WhatsApp for Android. But we expect this redesign to come in the next few weeks since it’s so important for keeping the user interface (UI) consistent.

We’ve already heard about a couple of new features coming to the messaging app owned by Meta. A recent beta version of WhatsApp had a text editor that worked like Instagram’s.

The company is also working on a way to allow fingerprint authentication for chats, which is a big new security feature that probably should have been in place already. Not every new feature that WhatsApp adds is perfect, like the polls that were added in November. Thanks to a fix that came with an update last month, users can now vote on just one of the poll options instead of all of them.
