Yellowstone’s fifth season is almost here, and viewers can’t wait to see what happens next. Originally slated to broadcast in the latter part of this year, the Kevin Costner-starrer has now been awarded a massive 14-episode order by the network.
After actor Gil Birmingham said in an interview with E! News in April that he had not received scripts, there have been rumors that Yellowstone may be pushed from its usual summer slot to the autumn.
As the Duttons gear up to begin shooting their fifth season in May, their popularity is soaring, and they’ve already garnered numerous nominations for their fourth season.
Fans can expect to see the Dutton family dealing with a tough governor’s race, a growing danger from the outside world, and a particularly stressful blackmail scenario between the two Dutton brothers when the program returns.
When will Yellowstone season 5 be available to stream on Netflix?
Although season 4 was delayed due to the pandemic and limits placed on production throughout the country, that doesn’t mean we’ll have to wait a whole year for more Yellowstone!
In mid-February, Paramount Network revealed that season 5 would be split into two parts! With production not starting until May, we were hoping for a season 5 debut as early as this summer, but it seems like we’ll have to wait a little longer.
Who’s in the Yellowstone Season 5 cast?

Season 5 spoilers for Yellowstone
The Yellowstone season 4 finale focused on Beth. After completing her errands, Beth turns to Walker for advice on how she may sneak a weapon into the jail without anybody knowing. At first, it’s not apparent whether Beth will encounter Summer or someone else when she visits Terrell Riggins in jail.
Even though Riggins was a hired shooter in the assassination attempts on Beth, John, and Kayce’s lives in the season 3 finale, he was only partly guilty. When she visits him, Beth has every intention of killing him. She now believes Jamie is behind the assaults after Riggins confirmed that he will be paying a visit.

As she makes her way back to the ranch to marry Rip, a priest is abducted. As a consequence, she confronts Jamie about his involvement in the attempted assassination of the Duttons.
As a result of Jamie telling Beth he wasn’t involved, but later finding out it was his biological father Garrett, Beth gives him three options.
That choice to murder Garrett was a bad one, but things become much worse when Beth shows up at the train station and catches Jamie red-handed trying to dispose of Garrett’s cold and dead corpse.
If Kayce sees the end of him and Monica or the Duttons, he does see something end. Caroline vows to reclaim ownership of the Dutton home and its assets from Beth as a consequence of Summer’s extended imprisonment.
However, we feel that the seeds have been sown for a roller coaster of a journey in season 5.
