Chicago Fire Season 10 Episode 14 sees Kidd begin the search for a lieutenant position. A preview of the upcoming episode can be seen below.
At one point, it appeared that the writers of Chicago Fire were going to promote Miranda Rae Mayo’s Stella Kidd to the rank of lieutenant at Firehouse 51. After that, she made the decision to devote her time and energy solely to Girls on Fire rather than advance through the ranks.
But now she’s back on the path to lieutenant. Kylie (Katelynn Shennett) helped run the Girls on Fire session in the previous episode, showing that she is a capable leader. It was then that she spoke to Kidd about her thoughts on Kidd’s recent actions. It’s time for Kidd to go after her dream of becoming a lieutenant.
We’ll see her there in the upcoming episode. When it comes to her job search she’s going to have to look outside of Firehouse 51. Even if he’s not in the cursed office, Lieutenant Pelham (Brett Dalton) is starting to feel at home at Firehouse 51.
