While the iPhone 15 lineup is still approximately six months away, front glass panels for the devices allegedly surfaced on Chinese websites Bilibili and Douyin today. ShrimpApplePro and Unknownz21 subsequently posted the videos to Twitter.
As previously rumoured, the videos appear to confirm that the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will have even thinner bezels around the display than the previous generation, whereas the standard iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus do not appear to have any discernible changes to their bezels.
Similar to the iPhone 11 series, the bezels on all four iPhone 15 models are anticipated to be slightly rounded at the edges.
The videos appear to confirm that the Dynamic Island will be added to all four iPhone 15 models, putting an end to the notch on Apple’s premium iPhones. The Dynamic Island is currently only available on the iPhone 14 Pro.
ShrimpApplePro confirmed with a source that the front glass panels for the iPhone 15 lineup are genuine components.
With even thinner bezels surrounding the display, the iPhone 15 Pro models could resemble the Series 7 and Series 8 Apple Watches. According to rumours, the Pro models will also feature a titanium frame instead of stainless steel, as well as non-actuating volume, mute, and power buttons.
As usual, Apple is expected to unveil its next iPhone lineup in September. Read our iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro rumour roundups for the most up-to-date information.
