NBA small forward for the Miami Heat and American professional basketball player Jimmy Butler. He is in his 11th season as a pro and has already won an Olympic gold medal and been named to the NBA All-Star team six times. After he graduated from high school, he made up his mind to attend Tyler Junior College. His outstanding performance in his freshman year garnered the attention of several Division I college programmes.

In 2008-09, while attending Marquette on an athletic scholarship, Butler contributed 5.6 points and 3.9 rebounds per game. this led to being named to the All-Big East Honorable mention team. As a senior in 2010-11, he averaged 15.7 points per game, good enough to be named to the All-Big East Honorable Mention team for the second year in a row.

When the 2011 NBA Draft rolled around, the Chicago Bulls used the 30th overall pick on a player named Jimmy Butler. He began his professional career in 2011 and spent all of those years with the Chicago Bulls. After spending 2017 and 2018 with the Minnesota Timberwolves, 2018 and 2019 with the Philadelphia 76ers, and 2019 with the Miami Heat, he is currently a member of the latter team (2019- present). During his rookie year with the Chicago Bulls, Jimmy struggled to see significant playing time due to the strength of the team. His dedication to training and dedication to the team as a whole blew the minds of his coaches. His rookie season was cut short by the lockout, and he played in 42 games.

When Game 5 of the 2020 NBA Finals rolled around, Butler set a new Finals record with 35 points, 12 rebounds, 11 assists, and 5 steals.

In addition, he set a record by becoming the first player in franchise history to achieve a triple-double in three consecutive games.
Butler became the third player in Heat history after LeBron James and Dwyane Wade to score at least 45 points, dish out five assists, and grab five boards in a playoff game.
