The last episode begins at the house of Seo Ban and Dong-ma, where the grim reapers are also present. When Pi-father young’s finally confesses that he’s taken extra care of her since she’s pregnant, it makes sense.
Dong-ma seems to be the object of the Grim Reaper’s wrath. A piece of the ceiling falls and smashes him in the head as he looks at garments. As he hits the ground, he bleeds profusely from the top of his head. Seo Ban and Song Won are married at the end of the series. Sa-Hyeon is later seen kissing another lady in the bathtub.
Hye-ryung, on the other hand, encounters the ghost of a little kid upon her return from the hospital and inquires as to its name. She is the only one who can see the kid. The child says, “They’ll take the old guy,” to family members. Dong-ma awakens in the ambulance and questions the grim reapers about their identities.
