About

Hi-Fi RUSH is a rhythm action game for a single player developed by Tango Gameworks, the award-winning studio responsible for Ghostwire: Tokyo and The Evil Within. The entire universe in Hi-Fi RUSH dances to the beat. All of the game’s animations, from the swaying trees in the surroundings to each strike landed during combat, are perfectly synchronised to the music.

The player assumes the role of Chai, a slacker with rock star aspirations. During a technological procedure to obtain a robotic limb, he discovers an unanticipated “extra” when his music player is fused into his power unit. The corporation sponsoring the project labels him a “defect,” making him a candidate for deactivation. Chai must use rhythmic fighting and the assistance of a motley group of pals to defeat the company’s cruel business masters and escape while being pursued by a squad of corporate overlords and an army of robots.
