Last month, we told you that there were rumors that Google would give its Pixel products, like the Pixel 7a and the Pixel Buds A-series, a special shade of blue until at least the beginning of 2023. Now, we’ll let a few more pictures finish the story.

These new renders of the Pixel 7a look like they were made by Google. They come from Steve Hemmerstoffer’s OnLeaks via the Indian blog MySmartPrice. Drink it all in.

In addition to the traditional white and black (or maybe dark gray?) colors, the upcoming mid-ranger also comes in a beautiful sky blue. We don’t know how Google will market these colors, but we can make a few guesses.

As with the main Pixel 7 series, the Pixel 7a has a single color for what is rumored to be a ceramic surface and a metal “visor” band with a single glass opening for two cameras and another opening for an LED flash module.

The Pixel 7a’s most interesting features won’t be announced until Google I/O next month, but they are likely to include a 90Hz display, wireless charging for the first time in the Pixel A series, and Bluetooth and Wi-Fi radios that can work with Qualcomm chips.

The look of a smartphone isn’t the most important thing, but the blue 7a looks like it will make our review lab cameras look better.
